1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the legal relationship between you (“Customer”, “you”) and Elune OÜ (“Elune”, “we”, “us”) in connection with purchases made through our e-shop at elune.ee. By placing an order and/or making a payment on elune.ee you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Estonian and EU consumer law. If you placed an order before any change to these Terms takes effect, the Terms that applied at the time you placed the order will apply to that order, unless otherwise required by law.
2. Who may buy from us
Our products are intended for sale and use within the European Union. By ordering from us you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old. We do not sell to or ship to minors.
- You accept all product use instructions and safety warnings provided with the product and on our website.
Important product safety warnings (apply to all Elune topical/aromatherapy products):
- For external use only.
- Do not inhale deeply into the lungs, do not draw or “vape” our product as if it were an e-cigarette. Our products are not electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, or nicotine delivery systems.
- Do not use in a way not described in product instructions.
- Not a medical product — not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe breach these rules or applicable law.
3. Product prices
All product prices on elune.ee are shown in EUR. Shipping fees are shown separately and depend on the delivery option you select at checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions and availability at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs on the website, we may cancel an order and refund any amounts already paid.
4. How to order & contract formation
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Your cart does not create any binding obligation to purchase.
- A sales contract is concluded once we have received full payment for your order (i.e., payment has been credited to Elune OÜ’s bank account) and we send you an order confirmation by email. Until payment is received we may treat the order as unconfirmed.
Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details you provide.
5. Payment
We accept payment via the payment methods displayed at checkout, including online bank links and card payments provided through Maksekeskus AS as the licensed payment service provider.
When paying via Maksekeskus, your payment is securely processed by Maksekeskus AS (registry code 12268475, VAT EE101536127), which operates under payment institution licence no. 4.1-1/130, supervised by the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finantsinspektsioon). Your payment details are shared only with Maksekeskus for the purpose of completing the transaction.
Cash-on-delivery via Omniva parcel terminal using card is available for orders up to €300 where supported.
Order processing and dispatch only occur once payment is received in full.
6. Shipping & delivery
Delivery area: European Union (shipping options shown at checkout).
Delivery partners: At present we ship using Omniva and DPD parcel terminal networks and their partners across the EU.
Customer shipping choices: Customers can choose the available delivery method (Omniva or DPD) during checkout.
Delivery times (estimates):
- Estonia: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Other EU countries: typically up to 14 calendar days after dispatch.
Shipping fees: Standard parcel terminal shipping fees are applied at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders with a product total of €30 or more (Estonia only). Free shipping promotions and thresholds may change and will be displayed at checkout.
Elune is not liable for carrier delays beyond our control. If a shipment is returned to us because of incorrect address details provided by the Customer, extra shipping costs for reshipment will be charged to the Customer.
7. Returns & refunds (Withdrawal & returns policy)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most products within 30 days from delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
How to return:
- Use the returns procedure described on our website or in your order confirmation. You may return via Omniva or DPD parcel terminals. If your order arrived in multiple shipments, please return all items in a single shipment when possible.
- Please retain proof of posting until your return has been processed.
Condition of returned goods:
- Products returned under this 30-day returns policy do not have to be unopened. However, returned items should be in a condition that allows us to reasonably re-sell them.
- If we determine that the returned product has been used in a way that exceeds what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functionality (i.e., used beyond ordinary trial), we may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used to pay for your order unless otherwise agreed. Lunamaks (cash-on-delivery) refunds follow our standard procedures.
- We will process refunds or confirm contract amendment without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We may withhold refund until we have received the goods or receipt proof.
Return shipping costs:
- In general, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. We will cover direct return shipping costs when the order contains unreturned items worth at least €19.99 (incl. VAT) or if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Defective or damaged items: If an item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@elune.ee. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs where the defect/damage is confirmed.
8. Price errors and cancellations
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we may cancel the order and refund any payments received. We will notify you by email if we must cancel an order for this reason.
9. Warranty & product claims
Elune products are sold with the statutory rights required by Estonian and EU law. We do not provide any additional express warranties unless explicitly stated. If you believe a product is defective, contact us with order details and photographs. We will investigate and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund the product in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
10. Limitation of liability & force majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elune’s liability for loss or damage arising from the supply of products or these Terms is limited to direct loss and to the purchase price of the item(s) concerned. Elune is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses (including loss of profit).
Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure is due to an event beyond that party’s reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, cyber incidents, transport delays, or governmental action.
11. Data protection & privacy
We process your personal data to fulfil orders, manage payments, deliver products, and communicate with you. We will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Maksekeskus AS acts as an independent data controller when processing your payment. This means that Maksekeskus processes your personal data (such as name, payment details, and transaction information) in order to provide secure payment services, in accordance with their own privacy policy.
We may also share necessary data with logistics partners (Omniva, DPD and their EU partners) to fulfil delivery. We may use your contact details to send marketing communications if you have consented; you can unsubscribe at any time.
We will not sell your personal data to third parties.
12. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos and other content on elune.ee are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by Elune. You may not copy, reproduce or use such content without our prior written permission.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on our website or by email where feasible. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable EU consumer law.
If you are a consumer within the EU and have a complaint, please contact us first at info@elune.ee and we will attempt to resolve the matter amicably. You also have the right to refer disputes to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or to the courts.
